Day 266 to a better me...

Welcome!   You have arrived to a safe place where you can create your best reality as you are creating your best version...one day at a time.


Affirmation: I AM CREATING MY REALITY.

With every thought, every emotion, every action, and every word I speak, I create into my existence and reality. And if I don't like what I have created, I think, feel, act, and speak new words into my reality. The more I repeat this habit, the more I become familiar with it and can personalize it to my desire.

What's not in your mind is not in your reality.  So, what's on your mind at the moment?

Is it something that you agree with and would love to repeat, or is it something that just doesn't bring you happiness and doesn't make sense?

First and foremost, be aware of what you are thinking.  Your reality is the result of what you believe and have been thinking, whether consciously or subconsciously.

You really can pay attention to what you are thinking at the moment.  And ask yourself.  Is this thought helping me feel good or bad?  Is this thought mine right now in my present?  Or is it from the past...that no longer exists?

Once you answer those questions, they will help you give clarity as to why your reality is the way it is at the moment.  But it's just that: one moment!  It's not permanent.  Yes!  You get to choose what you wish to see in your reality once it's clear to you.

Some may catch on super fast, but others might take a little while to get it.  And that's ok!  I myself, am still working on it.  And I learn as I go and grow.  I'm in no rush.  

But remember to practice.  Practice gives you a better understanding as to how this works in your life.  Everyone is different.

So, start drawing a picture in your mind of what you want your reality to be.  But most importantly, start feeling the emotions (so you can put the energy in motion and so it can move towards you too).

Close your eyes (Disclaimer: please make sure you are somewhere where you feel safe and can close your eyes without causing harm or getting harmed; not while you're driving!).  Put your hand on your heart (this connects your life to the life of your image and feeling) and gives it a rhythmic pulse to come alive into your reality.  Breathe in and out slowly while you are imagining  (being in your image) what you wish to see before you.  

Be grateful to have the opportunity to create consciously...because that is what you're doing!  Be grateful for seeing with your eyes closed.  Be grateful to feel with your heart open.  Be grateful and connect to the life in it that you have breathed into it.  

Do this daily.  Practice.  Practice.  Practice.

Now wait to see it before your eyes.  Trust this is so, and so it shall!

Beyond all this, you will feel at ease.  You will begin to see with more clarity.  And you will begin to learn how to trust yourself...if you haven't done so already.

Opportunities will open.  And you will start to see glimpses of what you had seen with your eyes closed.  Know this is true.  Because it is.


FEEL IT.  BREATHE IT.  LIVE IT.

For all of those who have just joined, allow me to explain what you can do with these daily affirmations.  There are so many things that you can do by making little changes and seeing the results of them.

1._You can repeat the affirmation as many times as you can remember throughout the day.  
2._You can write it down on a note or sticky note and carry it with you.

3._You can write it on a piece of paper or a sticky note and stick it (or tape it) to your drinking cup, mug, or glass.

4._You can write it down in your daily journal.

5._You can record yourself saying it (and could add some lovely manifesting music or soothing music that won't be abrupt to your energy).

6._You can record yourself saying it and listen to it right before you go to bed and as soon as you wake up.

7._You can meditate with the affirmation.

8._You can play your recording of it as you are in the gym, at work, on break, running, resting at home, or on your way to school/work.

9._You can say it out loud as you wake up, or in front of a mirror while looking at yourself straight in your eyes.

10._You can connect with your inner child and say it out loud to it...as you wake up, as you are looking at the mirror, etc.

These are only some of the things you can do with them, but I'm pretty sure you can google and search more online if you'd like.

Let it sink in.  Let it go deep into your subconscious mind.  Let it be heard and felt by your inner child.  Let it be soothing to your inner wounds.  Let it ground itself into your nervous system.  Let it become a part of your brain waves.  Let it flow into your soul, the one that knows you best.  Let it imprint into your flesh.  Let it replace what once had hurt you.  Let it become a part of you.
