Day 242 to a better me...
Welcome and thanks for allowing yourself to expand with ease and create your best version. Yes, it takes time, yes, it takes dedication, yes, it takes your will to do it. If you believe not to have any of these or all of these: You're here, aren't you?
Affirmation: I ALLOW ALL THE SHIFTS IN MY LIFE TO WORK IN MY FAVOR.
And all that happens does so for my highest good. Shift is good for me. I allow change in my life. It comes and goes with ease while I embrace my best self. Every shift brings forth a new best version of me. All is in my favor always.
Isn't it so weird how life has taught you that you work for shifts, not the other way around? Think about it: what are you introduced to when you first start your first job or when you start working? You learn to work in shifts. Your work shift is about how many hours you work a day and what time of day it takes place. As a result of working the shift, you get paid. You do labor, you work a shift, you get paid.
But is this really how it is supposed to be? Here's the rocky ground because nothing is set in stone. There's no normal, as there is no abnormal...as it is based on a judgment and the definition one has about what normal is or means. But, were you really meant to work to receive? Or could it be that it was twisted and really meant once you receive, it works for you...and everything you receive works for you?
Shifts are breakthroughs; a shift is change. Shifts are a redirection of your energy and focus. A shift is an incoming. It is making space. It is the start of something new.
Is task, labor, and shift the same thing? They can be. And yet they resonate differently. Task sounds like a lightweight thing to do with not much work. Labor sounds exhausting with so much hard work to do. Shift doesn't sound like an easy task because you're so repetitive in motion that once it's gone, it's gone. Nothing can turn back time to get it back. It is the unknown.
Use the words in your favor, whatever feels lighter and happier to you. Let the shifts you choose to let flow through work in your favor. And, how do you that? Vibrating your best in the most loving way. You will attract that which you are being. And what are you being? That which you vibrate and resonate with.
You believe what you are being. Believe that you are. Believe that there's a higher power that has your back...and relax. Relax and flow with it. Remember, they've got your back. You are supported and guided. Help is always at your reach. Feel loved, guided, supported, and relaxed. And experience all that in your present reality and the one to come, the one you are creating now.

For all of those who have just joined, allow me to explain what you can do with these daily affirmations. There are so many things that you can do by making little changes and seeing the results of them.
1._You can repeat the affirmation as many times as you can remember throughout the day. 2._You can write it down on a note or sticky note and carry it with you.
3._You can write it on a piece of paper or a sticky note and stick it (or tape it) to your drinking cup, mug, or glass.
4._You can write it down in your daily journal.
5._You can record yourself saying it (and could add some lovely manifesting music or soothing music that won't be abrupt to your energy).
6._You can record yourself saying it and listen to it right before you go to bed and as soon as you wake up.
7._You can meditate with the affirmation.
8._You can play your recording of it as you are in the gym, at work, on break, running, resting at home, or on your way to school/work.
9._You can say it out loud as you wake up, or in front of a mirror while looking at yourself straight in your eyes.
10._You can connect with your inner child and say it out loud to it...as you wake up, as you are looking at the mirror, etc.
These are only some of the things you can do with them, but I'm pretty sure you can google and search more online if you'd like.
Let it sink in. Let it go deep into your subconscious mind. Let it be heard and felt by your inner child. Let it be soothing to your inner wounds. Let it ground itself into your nervous system. Let it become a part of your brain waves. Let it flow into your soul, the one that knows you best. Let it imprint into your flesh. Let it replace what once had hurt you. Let it become a part of you.
