Day 206 to a better me...
Welcome to another opportunity to create your best version in the most serene and subtle way possible.
Affirmation: I AM SERENITY.
I maintain calm throughout. I can see life through the movement of the breeze. Everything seems to be still, yet it flows in subtlety. This is what my eyes can see, for it is what I feel within.
And you might be asking, how is this even possible with all the chaos in the world? Well, here is where your part goes into play. Nobody and no one can control or decide who you are inside.
You might have been manipulated to act or do as society says (in your outerworld), but now that you know that it was your choice to follow all along...or not...and that you are actually in charge of yourself, then I can tell you that if peace is what you seek inside, peace is what you shall find.
Everything is a double-edged sword. You just have to decide which one is for you. The sun can either burn or keep you warm. The sun can blind you, or it can give you light. The news can instill fear or show you what others want you to think. The news can manipulate your perception, or it can show you where not to focus your sight.
The noise can be observed or consumed. The noise can be filtered, or it can become even noisier. Sound can create or it can destroy. The choice has always been yours to make. A disagreement can be understood as a different way to view something by someone else, or it can be seen as an attack against your beliefs.
One is always against you, the other just is.
Energy can be good/bad, positive/negative, or it can simply just be energy. But when you have both of them together, not each on its own polarity, an explosion occurs.
You can be enraged by another's comment, or you can decide to not make it your own and let the other person handle their own emotions towards it because they don't belong to you.
Both cannot be at the same time, for it creates war within you.
Serenity is the core of who you are; everything else is just a different version of its polarities.
Just as poison from an animal is not who they are, but the way they can protect themselves when needed. Harm is not the focus, but protection and safety. Don't we all want to feel safe and protected?
That is to be serene.

For all of those who have just joined, allow me to explain what you can do with these daily affirmations. There are so many things that you can do by making little changes and seeing the results of them.
1._You can repeat the affirmation as many times as you can remember throughout the day. 2._You can write it down on a note or sticky note and carry it with you.
3._You can write it on a piece of paper or a sticky note and stick it (or tape it) to your drinking cup, mug, or glass.
4._You can write it down in your daily journal.
5._You can record yourself saying it (and could add some lovely manifesting music or soothing music that won't be abrupt to your energy).
6._You can record yourself saying it and listen to it right before you go to bed and as soon as you wake up.
7._You can meditate with the affirmation.
8._You can play your recording of it as you are in the gym, at work, on break, running, resting at home, or on your way to school/work.
9._You can say it out loud as you wake up, or in front of a mirror while looking at yourself straight in your eyes.
10._You can connect with your inner child and say it out loud to it...as you wake up, as you are looking at the mirror, etc.
These are only some of the things you can do with them, but I'm pretty sure you can google and search more online if you'd like.
Let it sink in. Let it go deep into your subconscious mind. Let it be heard and felt by your inner child. Let it be soothing to your inner wounds. Let it ground itself into your nervous system. Let it become a part of your brain waves. Let it flow into your soul, the one that knows you best. Let it imprint into your flesh. Let it replace what once had hurt you. Let it become a part of you.
