Day 204 to a better me...
Not all thoughts are your own. But be aware of the ones that are. Welcome to another day of creating your best version.
Affirmation: I AM AWARE OF MY THOUGHTS.
They show me where my mind has been and is. They are the key to knowing my core beliefs, not the ones I just say.
But I don't judge them, I observe them.
As a collective, we receive random (but sometimes dangerous) thoughts that are not our own.
Only you know your inner story. The one the wounded inner child recites all the time. Only you know your experiences of the past. Only you can know what hurt you, what still hurts, and what may continue to keep hurting you in the future.
But be aware of what you think. Be aware of what your program is telling you. Not to be afraid or judgmental of it, but to know yourself better each time.
Listen to the voice of your crying child, of your past self. Don't try to fix it. It has nothing wrong, and it did nothing wrong. Listen to it and be there for your scared little one. Don't judge who's yelling at you, or who's being violent or aggressive.
Let your inner child know that you are there for it. You are there to help it. You are there to save it. You are there to love and support it.
You are there to discover the truth. You are there to heal from the lies. You are there to see with new eyes, not from the ones that keep getting you hurt, or the ones that continue hurting you. You are there as an observer.
But you are there as a loving version, accepting your past self as it was, acknowledging your current self, and envisioning the best future one.
Show your inner child the love that you have for it. Show it how much you care for it and how it truly is IMPORTANT in your life right now.
Thoughts can be changed. They are not permanent. Patterns can be broken and replaced with new ones.
Your hurt doesn't have to keep hurting you. Let it go. Let go of the BELIEF (BE LIE/ BE LIFE)...and reprogram your life and mind to a better reality filled with love and all that you thought once lacked.

For all of those who have just joined, allow me to explain what you can do with these daily affirmations. There are so many things that you can do by making little changes and seeing the results of them.
1._You can repeat the affirmation as many times as you can remember throughout the day. 2._You can write it down on a note or sticky note and carry it with you.
3._You can write it on a piece of paper or a sticky note and stick it (or tape it) to your drinking cup, mug, or glass.
4._You can write it down in your daily journal.
5._You can record yourself saying it (and could add some lovely manifesting music or soothing music that won't be abrupt to your energy).
6._You can record yourself saying it and listen to it right before you go to bed and as soon as you wake up.
7._You can meditate with the affirmation.
8._You can play your recording of it as you are in the gym, at work, on break, running, resting at home, or on your way to school/work.
9._You can say it out loud as you wake up, or in front of a mirror while looking at yourself straight in your eyes.
10._You can connect with your inner child and say it out loud to it...as you wake up, as you are looking at the mirror, etc.
These are only some of the things you can do with them, but I'm pretty sure you can google and search more online if you'd like.
Let it sink in. Let it go deep into your subconscious mind. Let it be heard and felt by your inner child. Let it be soothing to your inner wounds. Let it ground itself into your nervous system. Let it become a part of your brain waves. Let it flow into your soul, the one that knows you best. Let it imprint into your flesh. Let it replace what once had hurt you. Let it become a part of you.
