Day 118 to a better me...
Welcome to creating a new beginning in your life. Tired of the same things and experiences over and over again? Let's be open to change and create a new habit of repeating affirmations day by day. If you don't believe them and still repeat them, there will come a time when you will begin to feel they work and are true to you.
Affirmation: I LIVE IN EASE.
Because I'm surrounded by what helps me be at ease, and what helps me express the ease within me. Life energy flows through me. And it flows with ease.
You have always had the option: be at ease or not. Others may not be, but they are not you, nor are you them. Don't let your life be a reflection of someone who is not you. At the end, the reflection foreign to you is distorted. The only reflection that can be clear to you is your own.
Be at ease as the wind flows in its subtlety or whim. Live at ease as the trees live on Earth. Live in ease and help the collective find the way to live in ease, too.
Humanity needs it.
