Welcome to creating your best version, day 114.  Thanks for following along.

Affirmation: I ALLOW MYSELF TO GROW.

Bonus affirmations: I allow myself to be nourished.  I allow myself to expand my energy.  I allow myself to stretch with ease and express the best there is in me. 

Allow yourself to grow and see where that takes you.  You just might get surprised.  I mean, think about it, the beanstalk grew up to the sky.  There was really no limit to it.  

And who makes or puts the limits?  You do!  So, can you grow and sprout as tall as the beanstalk?  The answer is yes and beyond if you just let yourself do it.

So, now the question is, how far do you want to grow?  How far are you willing to grow and shine?  The answer: whatever you allow yourself to.

I GROW.  I SPROUT.  I EXPAND.
