Day 112 to a better me...

Welcome to another day of repeating affirmations and creating new and improved habits to a better version of yourself.  Thanks for following along.  And it's not about the follow but about your results.  Keep going!  And keep seeing the best results.

Affirmation: I AM ALWAYS RENEWING MYSELF.

Every change you make, embrace, or allow is also a renewal to yourself.

This is actually the natural process of your life, body, and energy.  Every single time you do something different, you have renewed or replaced the old version of it.  It all renews constantly.

Every blink of an eye is a renewal of what you see.  Every heartbeat is a renewal of your life.  Every breath you take is a renewal of your oxygen.  Every time you speak is a renewal of your creation (whether it be consciously or subconsciously).  Your cells can regenerate automatically every single time, if you allow them to (by not blocking or by believing they can).    

Every single day, the sun, the moon, the stars, the wind, and the earth renew. 

They all do it automatically, just as you do.  But what makes the difference is giving it a direction by telling it what you want it to do.

So, what are you renewing into?  Do you "waste" your renewals on the same old and keep in the same state, the same skin, the same vision that you were before?  Or do you use it in your favor and direct it to your desired outcome?

SHINE.  RENEW.  BE.
