Day 107 here.  Let's keep going!

Affirmation: I AM STRONGER THAN I THINK.

Indeed, you are stronger than you think, for your limits are set by your mind, not your mind by your limits.  Your mind is infinite and limitless.  Use it wisely.

If you don't think you are stronger, let me remind you: you were inside your mother's womb for 9 months, growing in a very tiny space.  You were able to crawl, walk, and run even after failing a couple of times.  You were able to get up after every fall.

You have life in your body, and as long as there is life in your body, you will have strength.

Push your limits and see how strong you really are.

I AM STRONG.  I AM KIND.  I AM PATIENT.
