Day 79 to a better me...

Welcome to the best day of your life.  Yes, today is the best day of your life where you choose change over repetition of patterns.  Today is the day you choose you!

Affirmation: TODAY I CHOOSE ME.

Over all else, choose yourself. It is you, and only you whom you have responsibility over. It is your actions that you are in charge of. It is only your direction to where you are headed. Knowing all this narrows down your choices. Which will you choose? Others? Or yourself? If you have children, you can guide them to always choose themselves.

 In the end, this is the outcome we have all longed for.

When you choose yourself, you are saying no to other opinions over you.  When you choose yourself, you are choosing to love who you are, not who others want you to be.  When you choose yourself, you are prioritizing what you feel and want over who you must "become".  

When you choose yourself, you are taking care of your part of the collective.  By choosing yourself, you are acknowledging that you matter and so does how you feel.  When you choose yourself, you are acknowledging your worth, and that you're a part of a whole.  When you choose yourself, you are united with love.

When you choose yourself, you are allowing yourself: to shine, to heal, to be you, to express yourself, to live, to love, to enjoy, to choose your outcomes, etc.

CHOOSE YOU.  BE YOU.  LOVE YOU.
