Day 76 to a better me...

Welcome to another day of creating the best version of you!  Thanks for joining in.

Affirmation: I AM KIND.

  It's easy not to care and be rude because you can always find a way to justify it. But it's also easy to be nice and kind, just the same. This does not require any justification because it comes from the heart, while the other comes from the ego that is helping you survive. The difference between both is just your choice. Let's choose kindness and help others smile, showing how there's still kindness in humankind.

 

It is in your nature to be kind.  After all the word says it all "human-kind" or "kind-human"...it's all the same.

And it's actually out of balance or in a distorted mode when you don't act in kindness.  We are all here to learn and there's no definite manual book that says how to do so.  We all learn as we go.  Sometimes we choose the easiest way; from love and kindness, while other times we choose the harder way; from the ego and being unkind to others.

Also, pay attention to what actions you take; regardless of the justifications you are making those choices for.  As mentioned above, you will always find a way to justify your means, but in the end, reality without justification can be brutal but necessary to see with clarity if you are being kind or not.  Remember that if you are not being kind to yourself, there's no way you can be kind to yourself.  Because you cannot give to others what you are lacking and do not give yourself.  An empty cup cannot fill any other cup.  

Give your inner child (who most likely is wounded) and all the wounded inner children, the love and kindness that you deserve, that they all deserve...that we all deserve.
