Day 74 to a better me...
Welcome to another day of reprogramming your mind.
What is doubt? A question or belief that you're unworthy? Perhaps a focus towards the negative? It's being unsure of your ability. It is not accepting who you are. It is not accepting or acknowledging what you can do. It is not believing in your abilities and being unsure of your capabilities.
Doubting is nothing more than not knowing or not trusting. Release all the unknown, and you would have made space for the new, and with this, create new experiences.
As you release all doubt, you are making space for trust, confidence, and certainty in your life.
Always remember that the choice is yours. And if you believe it to be a little too much, do it one day at a time. Narrow down the focus to just one day; that's all it takes.
