Day 73 to a better me...

Welcome to the new beginning of day 73, where you reprogram a new affirmation today into your subconscious mind.

Affirmation: I AM CONFIDENT.

I am confident where I go because I know where I'm headed. I am confident in what I say because I am what I speak. I am confident in what I do because I know what I want. I am confident in what I feel because I know that it is genuinely me. I am confident about what I attract because I embody it. I am confident in how I act because I know who I am. I am confident because I am me.

Where does confidence begin? How does it start? Why does it repeat itself? Confidence begins when you first feel loved. And how can you not feel loved when you are being nurtured and protected by the goddess of love, your mom? You are protected by her womb and sea of emotions. But let's say that is "subliminal love" because you are not fully aware of what that is. It's just an automatic feeling and knowing while you exist in and are surrounded by a liquid universe: your mother's womb.

Maybe you don't remember, but it took strength and confidence to make way and be born. And this was all given to you and shared with you by Mom. Yes, mom had her work to do, but you, as a complete human amateur, had your part of the labor too. So, even if you don't remember it, you have confidence embedded in you since before you were born. This confidence builds as it gets reassured and shown repeatedly in your reality.

But what happens when you take your first breath and you still haven't experienced much yet? Once you start experiencing it, it gets fortified as it gets reassured into your life. However, this confidence is based on someone else's perception and knowing; this is a child's confidence. It's a great start but can get distorted if the perception of the adult changes.

True confidence begins the moment you love yourself and get introduced to feeling and being safe in this reality. Although this wasn't shown or taught to you through your childhood/adult life, this can still be learned at any given time. Because as you learn to love yourself, you begin to feel safe, and you learn to know who you are. This gets built as it keeps getting reinforced by what you experience in the emotional world.

Knowing is not just knowing from your mind (what you think), nor what you feel in the heart. Knowing is having the certainty in all that you are that this is true. The more it is known through your organs and body, through your mind and subconscious mind, through your soul and energy flow, that this is true, the stronger the confidence you are building because you are now acting from the soul, the body, the mind; not just from a feeling or a hunch. Meaning, in confidence, you act with all that is, not with what you believe there is. And when acting in confidence, it is a combination of all that you are that is acting, flowing, and being through you.

It is your baby strength, your mom's strength, your father's strength, your adult strength, your divine strength, your generational strength, your universal strength, your energetic strength, Earth's strength, elemental strength, spiritual strength, mental strength, emotional strength, your body's strength, astrological strength, all-in-one, all as one that moves at a steady pace. And I could keep going on and on about all the strength that exists in you, a strength so fierce that it might just seem hard to believe. It is all of them as all of you.

Confidence is built through trial and error. It is built through experiencing different new emotions and knowing that you are still okay and will continue to be okay no matter the circumstances. Now, knowing all this, how can you not be confident? How can you not feel safe? How can you not feel strong? How can you not believe you can achieve anything you want? Move, act, know in confidence.

FEEL SAFE. BE SAFE. ACT SAFE. KNOW YOU ARE SAFE.
